"Buying a car is always a fun/ not so fun experience. You get the excitement of a new car but it's a huge financial commitment. So when you go looking to buy one you look forward to a great experience and not feel taken advantage of. And that was the case here! Mazda Bright Bay was such an incredible experience! My husband was due for a new car and was researching for what will give us more for our money. It came down to the CRV and CX-5. We went to look at the cars. When we walked into Bright Bay we were greeted by super friendly sales guy name James Britch. He showed us the car. Educated us on all the features. And the best part he was not pushy at all! He never asked if we are talking the car that day. He respect that we were looking at our options and knew that we would be looking around. He was amazing! We saw the other car we were interested in. And even visited another Mazda dealership. And the choice clear. We wanted the Mazda CX-5 and we wanted to buy it from James! The process was so simple. They gave us a great price. Told us our payment. Ordered the color we wanted. Kept us updated with the statues on the car. And the financial office was great. Easy and to the point. The whole process was amazing! Everyone from the GM, to the salespeople, to the financial guy were so amazing. They made this process so easy and painless. If you are interested in buying a Mazda, go see them! "Very Alert and Punctual Sales & Financing Team - Rich and Lou made the process of selecting and buying a low-mileage 2015 Mazda CX-5 efficient and successful. We needed to choose a vehicle and have it delivered within a few days. On our first visit the sales manager referred us to Rich, who is one of the dealership's most experienced sales consultants. He made recommendations from their large inventory and corrected or validated our thinking on the key features. Pricing was transparent, and negotiation fairly painless. While we did not take advantage of the range of financing options available from Lou, the Business Manager, a genuine Mazda extended warranty was important to us. Lou explained the specifics of the various warranties available and helped us make the right choice for us. After putting down our deposit, we chose the date and time we wanted delivery; arriving a half hour early, the car was beautifully waxed, registered, and ready to go as soon as they demonstrated all the safety and convenience features. All in all, an excellent experience at a large dealership with a family ownership mentality."

"Showroom was appealing and welcoming. Salesman Rich Mounce treated me respectfully; answered my questions and concerns on Thursday. When I called on Sunday stating that I wanted to test drive the Mazda 3, he arranged that and we began paperwork. Lou, of finance dept. was attentive and we reached a plan that was perfect for me. The transition from my 2002 Lincoln Navigator to the lease for my Mazda 3 i touring model was seamless, with paperwork completed by Bright Bay Mazda, even with my insurance company. I drove off the lot on Tuesday, February 24th, after Rich went over the special equipment in the car and synced my phone to Mazda's bluetooth.
